Can I use Watermans to improve eyebrow, or eyelash thickness?

We do not recommend using Watermans around the eye area, and this should be avoided. Like all shampoos, our cosmetic products are intended for use on hair and scalps alone, and do not have the scientific properties needed to improve eyebrow or eyelash thickness.
