Shipping and Handling Information

 

If you provide us with the wrong address OR fail to collect your order from the Post Office and your order is returned back to us. You will need to pay for all postage costs if you wish for the order to be resent again.

All orders will typically be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days 

Australia Post may provide you with the option to have your order left at your home. Risk will pass to you once delivery has been made to your nominated address without the item been signed for.

Please direct any shipping related inquiries first to Australia Post as you have more power than us when it comes to tracking missing/ delayed items.
