90% of the time if your order is missing or delayed it is at your order is waiting at your local post office.

Step 2: If your items have not arrived within 5-7 working days and you can't see information on the Australia post website please contact Australia post.

When you collect your item from local post office please MAKE SURE you take your ID/ proof of address with you.



Step 3: You haven't received your Tracking Number:

After 24 hours please double check your email inbox- as it might be in your spam.

Your Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address - neither we or Australia Post can provide insurance or refunds should your order be lost in the mail if an incorrect delivery address is provided.
